Returns Policy

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.They must be in original condition. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping if the item is not faulty. Once your item is received, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 working days.

My order is faulty or damaged.

Whilst we do everything to package your order so that it arrives in one piece, sometimes there are accidents. In this case, please email kate@dollyhotdogs.com with your order number. 

We can replace the item or refund you, but we will need a photo of the damaged item or items.  Please let us know of any damage within 7 days of receipt of item.

Order times

Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.  We always endeavour to dispatch your order the next working day from order but there may be times when this isn’t possible.

Can I order a bespoke commission?

Depending on Michelle’s workload this might be something we can do.  Please contact michelle@dollyhotdogs.com to discuss.

Help, I ordered but forgot to put the discount code in.

Please email kate@dollyhotdogs.com and she will refund you the overpayment amount.
